My mum in her 70s have been fleeced into purchasing Full Fibre 900, she’s not data mining bitcoin, developing block chains or topping EA Sports FIFA leader board, she told the telesales person that she didn’t know what she was buying as it was all very confusing. The order was raised on 13 May so she’s entitled to cancel under distance selling act however I cant find a way on line of cancelling her order, its easy to upgrade however not downgrade!
