I just had full fibre 500 installed in my flat by an openreach engineer a week ago. After the full fibre was installed he told me to wait for the PON light to stop flashing and then I would be able to use the Wi-Fi. I was told this would only take up to 48 hours but still has not with the router having no connection to the internet for a week. The technical faults bot hasn’t been able to help me with solving the issue or telling me when it could be solved, and neither have live chat agents. Could anyone here tell me who to contact to get this resolved or if it’s just a matter of needing more time, and if so how much? Thanks.
