I activated my included Game Pass add-on on 12/11/23 and cancelled the auto-renewal on 11/11/24 after the free year expired.
I received confirmation of the cancellation but I have still been charged for this month despite not using the service.
Additionally, the add-on was quoted within MyBT to renew at £10 but I have been charged £12 on my latest bill.
Has anyone else had this problem? How do I go about making sure it definitely won't renew next month and also claim back the extra month that has been charged or at least the £2 difference in price to what was shown?

What date did you request to cancel the Game Pass? Was this after the bill date?
