Hello BT Community,
Hope you're all doing well 😁 🤗!
Just seen this on the BT deals website - Broadband Deals "Get 3 Months FREE" how do I get this?

It's for customers joining BT for the first time, It's a Black Friday deal.
When you join BT, you get an introductory price and sometimes a welcome gift, sometimes it's reward cards, sometimes actual gifts like Ring doorbells or Chromecasts.
You're an existing customer, which means that offer isn't available to you.

Sorry Richie but I've been a BT customer for ten years and just got the three month free and zero install charge this weekend.😲
So it looks like you can get the offer on a new contract, but not an existing one.
Hello @jpadeutsch, @busterboy1 & @-Richie- 👋,
OK, but how come they get 3 months free. What do existing customers get then?

If you're at the end of your minimum term or out of the minimum term, you should be able to get a deal close to or matching a new customer offer, part of the 'Fairness Framework'
If your minimum term has a while to run, you get the price and service you agreed to when the agreement was started, again at the end haggle with the Loyalty team for a new promotional offer.
