I am trying simply to get my chats with the online advisor sent to me by email. I have had three goes at this online and one go by telephone. Each time, I am assured that this has been done but it has not happened. I am having the same experience with getting landline calls transferred to my mobile.
Does anyone else have the same issue? I feel I have exhausted all the contact methods. I could understand if I am told neither is possible, but I am told each time that this is done.
Hello. The complaints department rang me today and guessed that there is a problem with the chat system. The adviser said that he would send out a paper copy of my chats. It might be worth trying this route.
