Had email this morning saying we've sent your virtual gift card when I logged in it just says gift card claimed not any way on how to use it or where it is?

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. I would expect the BT Reward Card to arrive in the next day or two after receiving that email.

I would also check your spam/junk folder to make sure it hasn't been sent there in error.
