Gifted BT Employee Broadband upgrade to fttp looking for a email to contact

Hi my daughter has gifted me fttp bt broadband. Got it installed but its only the 80 Meg package as she needs to send a email to somone asking for it to be upgraded to fttp 330 

But she can't find the email or form using her portal.

 

Can anyone link me the email so I can pass it on to her for the upgrade Thx.
