Google Stadia Offer...........no voucher or email after 6 weeks

Hi 

I moved from Vodafone to BT when the Google Stadia offer was running

My FTTP broadband was activated 13.2.20 yet I've not received any email or correspondence relating to how I redeem the offer

Ive checked my spam etc but nothing

Any help please!
