I know others have been having the same issue, some have managed to get their issues resolved, but after ringing bt multiple times and getting nowhere I am becoming increasingly cross and wanting to leave bt!
I have a 6 months game pass for the Xbox, same as others being hit with its down for maintenance error. Without being able to go through this step an activation code will not be emailed to me, please for the love of good can someone help me I’m so frustrated!!

If you are outside of your 14 day cool down period then call BT who will either get you a new link or they will have to raise a request to Microsoft which takes 3-5 working days
Have your email address Microsoft have on file and your Xbox gamer tag on hand
