I have an open order for an upgrade to Halo 2. For several days I've been trying to access the Track My Order facility but when I click on the button all I get is this message -
Your session has timed out. Please refresh the page and then log back in again.

Hi, @Janis1 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to see you've been unable to track your order online, did you get this sorted? Have you tried clearing your browser cookies and cache?
Hello Neil. I am sorted now, thank you. I did clear cache and cookies but that didn't help so I messaged BT via Facebook and they're looking into the problem for me. They were also able to provide me with the info I was seeking via the tracker.
