Hardware not dispatched.....'pending order' on my account
I signed up to Halo 1 with a Wifi disc on the 21st (contract began 22nd). As of now my equipment is still showing as "awaiting dispatch". I've also got a message with the order which states "We're sorry your phone line and broadband aren't working yet" which is nonsense as I'm having zero issues with either.
I've been having too many BT **bleep**-ups of late. I just wish this mess could be sorted. As I'm still within my 14 day cooling off period (as quoted to me when I made the order) I'm getting very tempted to ditch the lot 🤔
