Have I been mis-sold Fibre plus

Could the mods help with this please? I posted a separate thread as my download and upload speed are slower after recontracting from infinity 1 to fibre plus back on 5th July

After seeing other posts about the same issue I think I may have been mis-sold fibre plus? Should I have been offered this, seeing as it's equivalent to "infinity 2" but my line won't even achieve the maximum rate (44.5mbps according to ADSL checker) of the old "infinity 1" package?
