Have not received Fitbit code

Received email to say I would have a code for a fitbit 3 within 14 days of broadband going live it did go liveon 14 Nov but haven't received code H. Ave checked spam boxes

Hi @Nodrog49,

It take 14 days from activation for the voucher to arrive. If you haven't received this as of yet, post back and I'll take a look at this for you.

Many thanks for getting back, yes code arrived yesterday have ordered successfully awaiting delivery although they are waiting for more stock.
