Have not received amazon prime

I signed up to BT broadband last month. Since then i received an email saying i need to enter my details to receive an amazon prime code. I did this over a week ago and still nothing. I have been to phone/chat support multiple times and they are not helping. 

Is anyone here able to check this?

Then you will have to wait 28 days for your code to be sent. It should arrive by the end of this month.

You will receive the Amazon Prime service within the 28 days from the date your broadband service went active (not the date it was ordered)

Hi @Alex987 once the 14 day cooling off period has finished we send you the claim email and if you've followed the instructions the Amazon prime code should be emailed out to you within 5 days. Have you checked your spam/junk email folder to see if its there as it should have arrived by now?

If it's not there I've sent you an private message with details on how you can contact the mod team and we'll chase that up for you

Thank you for speaking to me yesterday. I gave your mobile number a call this morning, I'm sorry I didn't get speaking to you. The reason for my call was to confirm if you seen my PM and if so have you been able to successfully use that code to sign up to Amazon Prime?
