Have not received my Fitbit code

It's been 20 days since my broadband activation and still have not received Fitbit code. Can anyone help?

I think it was 12 Mar 2019 I bought online but my line was activated from 26 Mar 2019.

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.

@Surye1288 Thanks for sending over your details. I've raised case with our Gift team to get this investigated and as soon as they update me I'll get back in touch. They aim to respond within 5 days but due to the bank holiday weekend this may delay their reply.
