Haven't received Fitbit code

PaddyB can you chase mine also please? I ordered broadband and telephone line which was activated on 12th November I called up to chase voucher code and was told this would be emailed to me but I’ve still not received this.

Welcome and thanks for your post!  I have moved your post to start your own discussion as the thread you had posted on has already been marked as solved.

Sorry you haven't received the code yet.  Have you checked all the folders in your mailbox?  The code should have been sent after the 14 days following activation.  If you've checked all the folders and there is still no sign of it send us over your details and we'll check this for you from here.
