Haven't received Google Home

I am in the same position. I received an email confirming my Google home and to await a despatch email. This was on 10th May.
Any help appreciated.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

I'm sorry for the delay receiving the Google Home.  Due to the time this is taking we will pick this up and find out what's causing the hold up.
