Haven't received Prime code or M&S Voucher

Hi My Broadband was activated on the 31of Jan order ref AJMAAZZZZ... 

i requested my marks and spencer voucher on the following page 

https://www.broadbandbenefits.co.uk/marksandspencers/Default.asp

and still havent received it ? 

i also responded to the "Time to get a year’s Amazon Prime on us" on the 15th of feb an havent received my code ?

 

Please help as this was factored into my choice to move to BT

Welcome to this user forum.

From that page.

"Once we have received your details your order will be checked to ensure your service is active. If your service is active your gift card will be mailed to the address you provided. Please allow up to 45 days from your service being activated and claim being received for your Gift Card to arrive. Please do not chase your Gift Card before the 45 days has elapsed."

You will receive the Amazon Prime service code within 28 days from the date your broadband service went active.

Thanks Keith, didn't notice the 45 day waiting for the MS voucher I'll be more patient, it's a shame that they couldn't acknowledge my application instead of expecting you to wait 45 days and possibly passing the claim cut of point .

As for the prime code it's very close to 28 days and after entering my details on the Web page (as directed by the email) it did say I'd get my code in a few days and as far as I'm aware a few still means 3.

Hi @dazzx12 if you've followed the steps on the Amazon prime claim email then the voucher should be sent in another email 5 days later. Has this time passed since claiming?

Hi, I recived the email on the 15 of Feb and filled in the required details the same day, I've checked my junk mail and can confirm I've not had a reply, so thank you
