Haven't received cash back cheque

Hi,

 

Like many others my cashback cheque has not arrived since my broadband switched on 08/11/2017.

I received the BT reward card fine but still waiting for the cheque.

I would be grateful if you could look into this.

Welcome to the community and thanks for your post!  I have moved your post to start your own thread as you posted on a thread that was already marked as solved.

 

Sorry for the delay receiving your cashback cheque.  Can I just make sure that you've claimed for the cashback cheque?  You can do so here - Claim for Cashback cheque

Yes I have definitely claimed for the cashback cheque on the same day that I claimed for the reward card, which I have received.

@Chiefwiggum Hi Chris, I've raised a case with our cashback team to get this looked into. I'll give you a call as soon as I hear back as it's currently taking them a few days to respond.
