Like many others my cashback cheque has not arrived since my broadband switched on 08/11/2017.
I received the BT reward card fine but still waiting for the cheque.
I would be grateful if you could look into this.

Yes I have definitely claimed for the cashback cheque on the same day that I claimed for the reward card, which I have received.
