Having a nightmare claiming the reward

Hello, 

 

I joined Bt in October 2018 for the super broad band package, it clearly stated when I signed up it came with a £100 MasterCard and an amazon echo. I have received the reward card as that was easy but the echo dot I have heard nothing? I have sent emails to the bt shop with no reply. I have been on the phone for 30 minutes trying to find out why I haven’t received it and the woman just kept putting me on hold, then said actually i need to ring another number after all that. So I ring the other number and it’s the help line for activating your reward card?! So I hung up. Having wasted time and money for no further forward. 

Please can anyone suggest how I can actually get this amazon echo I was promised when I signed up?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

@Singlemumfedup Thanks for posting and welcome to the community, I'm really sorry to see your Echo has not been sent and I would like to apologise for the problems you've had with the helpdesk when chasing this up. I'll send you a private message with more info on how you can contact the mods and we'll be happy to get this looked into.

Thank you for sending in your details. I gave your mobile number a quick call, I'm sorry I didn't get speaking to you.

I can understand your frustration and I'm sorry there has been a delay in you receiving the Voucher to claim your Echo. I've checked your details and I can confirm that you are entitled to the offer. I've contacted the Promotions Team and I've asked them to resend the voucher. 

This will be sent to you by email and you should received this in the next 48 working hours. I'll follow up with on Wednesday to make sure you've received that Voucher.

i still have not received any contact with BT. I have check my junk and inbox every day and nothing.

 

Please all I would like is to get the deal I signed up too.
