I currently have Full Fibre 100, and am trying to upgrade to Full Fibre 900.
I first placed the order on 10th November, kept an eye on the order tracker and was surprised to see it was cancelled.
I called BT. It wasn't clear to them why it was cancelled, but was told it would be activated in the next 24hrs and I'd get a follow up call.
No activation, no follow up call.
Long story short, the order has been placed twice more subsequently, and low and behold the last order cancelled just now.
I'm at my wits end, is there any admin on here who can help me? Everyone on the phone is really nice but I'm not getting anywhere.
