Have you tried checking to see if available using your telephone number rather than the address?
Worth trying again as we looked and it's showing as available with approximately 17mb. If you're still having problems John can help get an order placed for you tomorrow.

Placing over the phone, does not normally qualify for any of the BT offers, if that matters to you.
Which BT home hub were you offered?

I have credited the connection charge raised for connecting the line on it's own. Thanks for your patience and glad you have now managed to get the broadband ordered.
