Would anyone be in a position to help me with changing my BT ID email address, please?
I have attempted this many times, always with the same result.
On receipt of the email from BT asking me to click here to confirm the change of address I receive the following message after being redirected to the My BT website...

Sorry for the problems changing the email address currently associated to your BTID. Have you managed to get this sorted since you posted? If you're still having problems post back and we can give you a hand from here.
Unfortunately still not been able to change the email address so any help would be much appreciated.
