Hi! I need some help with the cancellation of my fibre broadband. I can't seem to get to the billing team at all and have called for more than 2 hours straight. I managed to get through to another team where they have already quoted me on how much I will have to pay for cancellation. However, there is no use if I can't get through to the billing team and there does not seem to be a way to cancel online.
Unfortunately at present only way to cancel is by phone so you just need to persevere. I think really busy with customers trying to cancel BT Sport
As I said only way is by phone. You just need to keep trying
