I contacted BT last month to raise a complaint and yet again I check my latest bill and its still not been resolved. Why is it so hard to sort out a simple problem???

Hi @jam2000 thanks for taking my call earlier and just to confirm that the duplicate billing charge error has now been fixed. You will be automatically refunded for the charges raised in error on your next bill.
