Help with payments

So, 

My payments recently went up with absolutely no explanation what so ever. So I had the option to change my package, which I have as it was £45 a month which is what I was currently paying until it went upto £62.

Now I’ve received my new hub and discs etc but it’s still saying £62 a month and a payment is due tomorrow? Iv had this new package for at least 2 weeks now but it’s still saying upgrade your package online and still saying it’s £62 a month. Why offer me a package at £45, send me the stuff and still charge me £62. It’s a bit of a scam I think.

you should have had a confirmation email of your new contract after the changes you agreed so check that and if problems phone options team on 0800800030

Yeah Iv just checked it says I’ll be paying £46 starting the 9th may (but Monday down to weekend) yet online on my by it says £62?!
