I'm really sorry to hear about all the problems your Dad is experiencing when trying to move over to BT.
I've sent you a Private Message with details on how you can get in contact with the mod team so that we can look into this for you.
That's great news. I've had an email from BT to say broadband and TV won't be connected until 23rd January. Hopefully you have more of an idea than them.

@Matt-S did everything he could to get it on asap for you. However, our suppliers told us they had an issue with their systems and they weren't able to get the engineer out.
I really am sorry that this has happened. Matt has complained and has an escalation chain open with them to try and get this sorted for you.
Hopefully they will reply to us soon.
