Looking at moving from plusnet when my contract ends, eligible for https://www.bt.com/exp/broadband/home-essentials
But when I choose to sign up as a new customer it's only showing the slower package, but if I choose as an existing customer it shows the faster £20 package?
I'd rather stay on the higher profile than be capped as I'm currently getting:
Data rate:8.252 Mbps / 42.01 Mbps
Maximum data rate:8.033 Mbps / 49.640 Mbps
