This is my last ditched attempt at managing our house move. The website hangs and never responds when I try to change our move date. I called twice yesterday (the second time took 1hr 34mins to get through) and I dont have the time for that today when calling seems to make no difference to the order. I am so concerned that we will be cut off on Tuesday whilst I'm currently having to work from home. How can we manage our house move if your system crashes when we select a new date.
I've literally been trying for 2 days now and this was supposed to be actioned by the BT call handlers I talked to yesterday.
