My daughter was due to move into a new property in a few days but it is looking like the seller might be pulling out of the deal. Having already ordered a broadband and tv package with a planned delivery date what charges will she have should she have to cancel the order?

Hi @PYoung005, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Sorry that your daughter's move may not go ahead. She can cancel the order before any service is provided. Check out Section 5 of the Terms and Conditions and it can also be cancelled after connection but within 14 days but some costs would have to be paid in that scenario.
There should be no charges, however any equipment that has been supplied. would need to be returned to BT, otherwise they would be charged for.
Its important that she rings BT as soon as possible, to cancel the order. Call 0800 800 150.
