Hi there! I bought my BT Ultrafast Fibre Plus which was activated on 7 February 2019 and have not yet received anything about my Amazon Echo. I got an email saying it's almost time for my Amazon Echo, but nothing since. It's been nearly 28 days, without any news. Can you please help?
