I have been having serious issues with my BT Infinity and have not been able to receive inbound calls since it was installed. There also seems to be something wrong with our broadband but no one seems to know how to deal with it as there's obviously something wrong with the phone line too. I need to speak to someone in the UK who can actually understand what I'm talking about when it is not on their script, won't pass me from one department to another and cares about the service they offer.
I have spent over 3 hours on the phone to BT in the last 3 weeks and am no closer to having my issues solved.

I've already done that but the phone line issue seems like it will never get fixed and i need to speak to somebody about the combined issues without being passed from pillar to post and no one accepting responsibility.
I am sorry to hear about the problems you've had in getting your fault resolved. If you are unable to receive incoming calls, then I think what the engineers have said is correct and it could be an issue with porting process.
