Thank you for taking my call today. It does look like something has gone wrong with the number port part of the order. This has been sent to the Number Port Team for investigation. DavidM will follow up with you on Monday as soon as he gets an update.
I'm glad I was able to get this all sorted for you. It turned out the number port was causing problems in the background but once that was sorted the throughput was easy to resolve. Post back if you have any further problems.

Whilst you have been a great help and a credit to the BT, I’m still not happy with the service I initially received and wanted to check that I still have an outstanding complaint open which will be dealt with now the technical issue has been resolved?
I tried replying to his email but i get an auto response saying that the mailbox isn't monitored.
