There is neither an email address or a private message link to contact BT. You need to phone BT 0800.800.150 and ask for billing.
If it relates to a problem paying a bill, then BT are not disconnecting anyone at the moment, until June.

Yes, it relates to billing but it is far more complex and long term than the obvious - CoVID-19.
If you are a BT employee please could you either send me your email address or a link to a private message?
If Keith is not a BT employee please could BT staff send me an email address or link to a private message as this involves info covered by GDPR.

there is no email or private message link as previously advised phone CS on 150
I am not an employee, and the only way to contact BT for urgent issues, is by phone.
