I have been trying for some time to revert my employee / consultant broadband to standard residential contract. The last email said :-
If you are an ex-employee or have gifted employee services on your account and cannot see our internal webpages please check the link below https://bit.ly/colorder
But the link just fails. to "This form doesn't exist"

So, I've left BT after just 7 weeks, I had taken BT broadband at £23. Received notification that the discount is being removed which is fine, however, it is with immediate effect which leaves me with a £64 bill next month. I have ordered a service with another provider which takes around 2 weeks to switch. Do think BT should provide a 14 day window for ex employees to make arrangements to figure out what to do. I'm looking for an email address for the colleague discount team to provide this feedback. Thanks
Hello please can somebody from the team please contact me to arrange for the same - issue to be resolved. My wife left Openreach in March 2025 this year but my BT Broadband account continues to reflect Employee Benefit flag so the regular BT Service teams are unable to change my BT Broadband product to an equivalent paid service, or migrate to the equivalent EE service. Please can one of the admin support team DM me for account & further detail.
