How do I get details of phone calls made in March & April 2019 please

I've had a major run-in with a major UK retailer and have been forced to ring them many. many times ih March & April 2019.

What's the best way for me to access my phone bills for those two months please?

Go to My BT, log in, view latest bill. On the left are see previous bills which you can view.
