How do I regrade?

I'm currently out of contract on FTTC - Fibre 2, which used to be the old upto 80Mb. My speed estimate these days is between 43Mb and 69Mb. I actually get around 53Mb to 54Mb.

I've heard that FTTC - Fibre 1 is listed as an average speed of 50Mb but goes up to 54Mb and is way cheaper than what I'm paying.

So if I'm going to re-contract I won't be recontracting on the current level. My question is why can't this be done online? When I go on to the My offers it doesn't show any for the speed packages below the one I'm on.

So how do I regrade?
