How do I replace redundant accounts and also add a new account to MYBT

I wish to remove two accounts and add a new account to MYBT, how do I do it?

Thanks for visiting the BT Community🙂

In order to add an account, once you log in to MyBT, if you select the My Details section from the Menu, then select Account and then there is an Add Account option where you would enter the account number/info for the account you are wanting to add and follow the steps from there to link it up.

You are not able to remove accounts within MyBT, they should not effect you being able to manage the new account, but if you do want to remove the old accounts one of our guides will be able to help. They are available via 150 from a BT Mobile, 0330 1234 150 from another phone or the Message Us section on our Contact us page.
