I've just moved into a new house and I'm new to BT. Currently awaiting activation on my order to get connected.
While I waited I've been logging on to the website to track it's progress. There were some issues on the activation date so I wasn' connected. It's been over 48 hours now and not heard anything.
Meanwhile I have an alert asking for me to contact BT to confirm some details. When I phone up I'm asked for my BT number. I've tried my order number and account number but they don' appear to work. I don' have a landline number yet as I'm new and not connected.
So now I'm at a loss other than waiting patiently. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
