My service activation has been delayed and I had an auto compensation/credit of £100 applied to my account.
So I got my 1st bill and I was fully charged for the service and there is no credit/compensation visible anywhere in my bills or on my account?
When will I get this? How does this work?

Sorry to hear that the connection of your service was delayed.
Can you check the date we sent you the email about the auto compensation being applied and also check the date at the top of your last bill?
More than likely the bill was produced before auto compensation was applied to your account. If this is the case then you will see the credit on your next bill.
