I have BT broadband and wanted BT TV. Ordered 22 nd Feb. ‘Now TV ‘did not work when date for provision arrived. Other bits did. Order not completed on account.
Phoned 150 about it last Monday. Can’t fix. I’ll help you! So they cancelled what I already had on BT TV!, Immediate loss of working parts of BT TV as well as Now TV. And told you can reorder tomorrow. Tuesday tried to order. Passed to completion tem, then passed to ‘value’ team......can’t reorder. Wait until Tomorrow... Tried to reorder Wednesday am Cant order . Phoned Wednesday pm . Ok..Data integrity problem meaning we cant order Passed to data integrity Leave it with us.... wait until tomorrow. Cant reorder order.. Phoned Thursday..Not us.. should have been passed to FTTP on Monday!! FTTP team Cant reorder. Itphoned them. Cant reorder. Wait until tomorrow. Data integrity. (Last might I went to see Annie so didn't need tv. And enjoyed Tomorrow, tomorrow. Reminded me of something) ....phoned FTTP team today . Cant reorder. Not us . ... Our data integrity team. Be fixed by 5pm today. We will Phone by 9pm. Nothing. No calls. No Bt TV...so we will see what tomorrow brings!!
10 calls this week according to my phone records For some reason I’m beginning to lose patience.
The new 4k box is fine. Broadband is fine. Phone is fine.
Anybody know how to get to a competent BT person to resolve what is a problem that is probably simple.?

I'm sorry that you have had so many problems trying to get BTTV added to your package.
Sadly the MOD team are unable to place orders on FTTP accounts as FTTP is a specialised product. We can however certainly chase the DI team up for you to find out what is causing the hold-up. I've sent you a Private Message with details on how you can get in contact with the mod team.
