How long does BT take to acknowledge returned equipment?

Hi

I left BT late January this year and had to return the BT TV box I had. Returned it early Feb, got proof of posting and can see it was delivered 2 days later. On the BT website I can still see it showing as awaiting return nearly 3 weeks later.

How long does it take BT to process these returns?

Hey @DaveHasGone 

Thank you for taking the time to chat with me this morning and for providing me with the confirmation that you had returned the equipment.

It was still showing as "due for return" however I have marked the equipment as having been returned as agreed.  You'll receive an email confirming it has been returned too.

As this is sorted I will go ahead and close this off from here.
