Exactly. What a stupid situation. BT has not got an email address. They are obviously frightened they may have to answer questions. Their customer services seem to manage by not giving a straight answer to any query. I am sure that somewhere in the Country, there is a person that did not want to buy something just required a simple answer to a query actually got a CORRECT answer. Myself, I have never managed it. Despite spending hours on hold and trying to get through to the right Dept. Even when you tell them who you need to talk to, (because you spoke to them the day before they still refuse to connect you) Surely BT must have the worst Customer Services ever.
