I got set up as new account yesterday over phone with BT advisor with my new plan, as my current BT account is in process of being cancelled in a month.
I noticed online yesterday there was mention of BT reward cards and when I mentioned to advisor he said he could not seen any at his end but I should be able to sort myself once connection is in place.
Anyone advice how this is possible?
Would have to be placed online to be eligible, placing over the phone will not get you it
