I am coming to the end of 1 year contrcat for my broadband, tv and home phone. I got an email form BT asking if i wanted to renew or not so clicked the link and on the site when im logged in i dont have the option to renew what i currently have, only upgrade to a more expensive package which in the email it says i can just renew.
I dont want to have to wait on the phone and clog up the call centre so its left for more vulnerbale people so any advice on what i can do here ?
