I cancelled my contract, I received an email to send my kit back , but by haven’t sent me any boxes or bags to do this !!!!

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send one out to you.
Make sure you keep a copy of your Proof of Posting and if possible take a photograph of it in case you somehow lose the paper copy.
