Earlier this year I was posting in here that my infinity speed was very slow, and that the problem was the line runing to my house being old and damaged. You might remember that I couldn't get BT to take it seriously.
A moderator on this forum stepped in and and engineer was sent out. The engineer DID find damage to the line outside of my property. There was corrosion in some joints and a cover was not fitted on another joint. He repaired the problems and my speeds increased and the line has been much more reliable since.
However I have a charge of £129 on my phone bill which I was not expecting on two coounts:
1. The moderator said he would take care of the problem.
2. The faults found were all outside of my property boundary, and outwith my control. They were faults with the BT line.
