I can not view online billing using the correct password log in

Same problem , but I can Log in but when I select account or anything except sales / upgrades, then it fails , and i get the message we cannot connect you yet , there appears to be a problem with this site , (mobile app works perfectly ), have check anti virus (norton ) and firewall , no problems with all permissions . ...help please

tried using Internet explorer , worked fine ,With Edge I can log into My BT , but cannot load anything connected with account pages , Sales pages surprisingly work fine .. lol

So you can log in using IE but not when using Edge? Is that correct?

Hi David ,yes it works fine in IE , but not in edge . with edge it seems to loose link to account homepage . ican log in . using email and password , but it will not then go to account homepage , It's puzzling ,

used BT chat . but their take control app will not work at their end , Advisor suggested IE , he had no immediate corrective choices ,

Any further progress . on why Edge is not finding home page for "my BT "
