I can't pay my bill online

Hi there,

 

when I go to pay my bill online I get a message; 

Sorry, your billing and usage isn't available right now

We are just making some improvements to My BT, so please try again later.

 

I have been seeing this for the past couple of days, is it actually down for maintenance or is there something wrong with my account.

Sorry that you're unable to view your bills online. Is this a new account and you're not able to view bills since you joined? Or were you able to view them ok until a few days ago?

Please try again and let me know if you're still unable to view your bill and we'll be happy to help.
