I've been with BT for a numer of years and have been dowloading my bills each month but this month the system won't let me even view my latest.
Is anyone else having this problem and BT, what can I do to rectify this as contacting you by voice is virtually impossible.
Login to you MyBT, click billing and at the foot of the page on which you see your new format bill, there is:
Manage your bills and payments
and away you go!
